Yummy Healthy Turkey Burgers! :D

Hi hi everyone! I was going to do an update on my YT stuff, but ermm. I'm feeling way too lazy today. So instead, I'll give you guys a recipe! Btw, when I post new YT videos, most of the time I will update them here on my blog, but if I don't, I'm sorry. If you want to constantly be updated, you should smack that subscribe button! Anywhooo.... I have one of my favorite healthy meals to share with you guys today! I use to just ground my turkey all the time, every time I made it, but c'mon. People need change! So here's a really simple way to spicy it up. A plain and simple meal, that still tastes good and is a great boost to your health. As always with most of my recipes, you can add or take away anything you like! Or change the portion sizes, don't be afraid to experiment in the kitchen! Just don't burn it down, kay? ;)

VUALA! You are DONE!
Ingredients

1/2 A Package Ground Turkey
Goya Seasoning
1/2 cup + Shredded Cabbage
2 Slices Wholewheat/Pumpernickel Bread
1/2 Avocado
1-2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Slices Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Preheat your skillet, you want it to be nice and warm when you slap on those burgers. Take your ground turkey and add in your favorite seasoning, I use Goya, but you can switch it up to whatever you like. Some people also like to add in an egg at this point to help things stick, but I feel the ground turkey is much stickier than regualr ground beef, so I opt for not. Add in you cabbage, and with your hands, mix everything together. If you used the same amount of turkey as me, you'll be able to shape up about 6 burgers. Make sure to either PAM your burgers or skillet, and slap em on! I can't tell you for how long to keep them on both sides, but make sure from your side view that the turkey looks to be about half way cooked, then flip it so it can continue to cook on the other side. With all the diseases going around now with meats and such, you want to make sure that your meats are thoroughly cooked through all the way. Place them on some paper towels and start to make your sandwich. I used pumpernickel bread, anything works, but since we're trying to be healthy, stay away from white breads. Slap on the mayo, I DID use 10 calories per tbsp mayo. Add your avocado slices, cheese, and lastly, your yummy turkey burger. Slap the other slice of bread on top, make sure it's secure, and enjoy!

Here's the turkey I used if your curious! For this recipe, I used up the remaining half.

Good luck in the kitchen and be sure to try out this recipe!
Bye Beautiful! ;)
